Thanks Carla :) He is interested in studying nursing. The nursing program is full already for this upcoming year, but he has prereqs to take anyway.

Yay for your hubby Karen! The Hope Grant is a wonderful thing. I am hoping NH has grants that hubby can qualify for. Sometimes I really miss GA :)

My good news today is that I called DOS and they informed me that I am logged into their system and they said to expect me to have an answer on my interview date in the next couple of weeks. YAY!

Good luck to all those also waiting to be logged in and getting an interview date! :thumbs:

My boss is on vacation and I had to take matters into my own hands today. A prospective member came in and I sold him a membership. :D

He of course has to go through the application process but he is bringing back his application and check tomorrow.

It was kind of fun actually.

He was funny though he kept checking himself out in every available mirror and fixing his tie. But I realized a long time ago these people LOVE to talk about themselves so I just kept asking him questions and then I just acted amazed and impressed by his answers. :lol:

lol my sister is 23 - she bought herself a wii and a "my horses" type game. In this game you get to ride the horses in a ring and collect stars.

She screamed, threw the wii remote at the tv, the floor, the window, and was crying by the time 30 mins of her playing this new game had passed.. as bad as it may seem, It was hilarious and I could not stop laughing at a 23 year old reacting in this manor to a video game!
