How about Family Medical Leave (FMLA) that is good for 12 weeks to take care of your immidiate family member. You should be able to charge all saved sick leave against FMLA leave.

Later

i dont know if ill be able to do the FMLA.

but i do have another question that i am hoping someone maybe able to answer.

i filed the I-130 for my wife with her maiden name. now we are thinking about changing her name to reflect my last name. what is the best way possible. is it too late in the game? i hope this would not cause a problem.

Wow look at what i missed.. a girl is gone for a shift and pages later she has to get caught up... ok so last name changes?? not sure bout that... cause you already submitted the application with her maiden name on it and marriage certificate? I added his name with a hypen on my name and then it shows on my portfolio just his last name so... that's me though. Someone here might have an idea.

OMG Jenn 2003??? i left my hunny just almost two weeks ago and i find myself getting teary eyed.; I miss him so much i finally broke down and called him on my cell... yeah $1.00 a min. 5 min but i had to talk to him hear his voice. Should find another way. His computer is down so he goes to the cyber cafe this week and the cams suck! and we can't talk gonna have to check out this skype thing is it better, worse or the same as IM msn???

unless there is a medical certificate from a MD or something, we can't use family leave..

don't know anything about the name change deal. I had mine change before I submitted the I-130 so...

yes, Rajaa, 2003.. Met in 2001, been together ever since. BUT, since '03 it's been only 1x a year for a month that i have seen him. according to my sister, MSN is better than yahoo cuz YM's webcam connection sucks. we hardly ever do webcam anymore. his internet at his house sucks. he doesn't like doing it at cafe's either. so, we just text and call. we have been doing this long-distance ####### for 5 years so texting and calling is enough. No need to see him. hahaha!

let me let you in on a secret.. i subscribe to VONAGE here, then sent it there to him. That's how we talk. I pay the monthly here, he's free to call anybody in the USA and Europe over there. cool, huh? of course you can do that if VOIP is not illegal in his country. so he calls me constantly on my cell or at home.. works out fine..

nway, gota get ready for work, guys.. hope i can post while at work..

THERE IS A LAKER GAME AND I'M GOING TO MISS IT!!! THE CRUELNESS OF IT ALL!!

Hi thirdsjen, thanks for adding me to the tracker. I had a question. Do you know why Rentachi got approved so quick? Was it an expedite or just luck? I hope we all get approved this quickly.

Try www.raza.com it is only 0.25 per min for morocco. Also check out www.jaxtr.com -- it is free but does not work in every country

That's an excellent news! Two people getting approved in such short time...CSC must be on fire! I guess they have made good use of their time. I am so hopeful now...even though the file hasn't been touched recently but that crazy feeling is there

Rajaa my husband uses cards from www.speedypin.com to call me and his relatives in Jordan. I have not been able to view the rates as they are not available from here. You can check this website and see if its useful. $1 a minute is too much! hope this helps.

Also, I have been using Yahoo Messenger from the beginning for both voice and webcams. If I had a better connection, it would have worked even better. MSN messenger seems complicated.

Jen I was able to open the spreadsheet. Seems like google was acting slow. Looks great now. Girl can you change that red color if possible to something less bright? maybe my eyes have become too sensitive to bright colors these days. It was hard to read properly. Hope its fine. You're doing a fabulous job with the sheet!

Thanks,

Sara.

Its very hard to tell from the touches. Good sign though that someone has been going through your file or has moved it around. A touch can either mean a lot or nothing. Need to wait and see where this goes. All the best!
