Thank you.....I am hoping for the same. To be honest, I feel somewhat left out as I'm seeing so many May approvals and mine has not even been touched since May 20th....but no worries...feeling happy for everyone who has been approved!

Hope your petition gets a fast approval as well so that we can all go through NVC around the same time.

KAHM, thanks so much for your well wishes..It is going to make life so much easier if we all go to NVC around the same time...we all started our journeys together and it would be nice to end it together in great spirits...dont loose hope...u r probably the next one out of CSC...

my I-864EZ is already completed. will use the EZ since my income is sufficient and he is the only person i'm sponsoring. Got my employement letter the other day, my W-2's are completed from 2005 and i got '05, '06, and '07 IRS transcripts on hand. I think i'll be fine with just the transcripts but i have my W-2's ready too just in case. i have the last 2 months of my pay stubs. gonna have to dig if i have to include from January '08 too.. but then i can always print those out from our online employee intranet... wondering, do i need ALL of 2008 paystubs?

so, basically, just waiting for the NVC case number. as soon as i have that, i will go ahead and pay online. do i have to wait for them to generate the choice of agent before i can email them or i can just go ahead and email them as soon as i have my nvc case number? my brain doesn't want to work right now. i'm sure i know the answer to this one but i really am tired.. been awake for almost 24 hours now.. :huh:

it would be nice if you can give them all the pay stubs for the year but really if u go by the books and give them what they need u shud b fine...i believe i read somewhere that u can give them the past two pay stubs, but i cud b completely wrong...as soon as u have ur nvc case number ur husband can email them the choice of agent 3032. read loto's guide...he updated it a few days ago...the most recent version is 2.0...that shud breeze u through NVC without problems.

I-130 NOA1 : 2008-05-24

I actually did not receive the hardcopy of NOA1. I had to call 3 times to have them resend it (as of last week). But I can check my case status online!

HEY! I got APPROVED TOO :) July 25th 2008. Now waiting for NOA2 Hard copy. BTW, I also received the NOA1 hardcopy 2 days ago! lol.

congrats..just looked at your time line it says you applied in 2007???? is that right or was it this year?

congrats, falcon! did you send your I-130 2007? then you became a citizen and updated it? cuz that means i can't really put you in our tracker.. only 2008 or else it wouldn't look right.. :blush:

Definitely should stay Jen. I was sad thinking I would not be able to stay in touch with all the May filers but now thanks to your tracker list I can. Please add, case was transfered to NVC on 24th.

congrats to all the May filers!!! except me :( but.. Insha'allah at the right time. I am so happy for everyone... I do have a questions. You recieved your NAO2 in the mail but when you logged on to the USCIS site did it say you were approved? Or did you just get it in the mail?
