Hi everyone...I need some help filling out the I-130 form...

For item #13 - I was born in Jamaica but my father was a US citizen at my time of birth, granting me automatic US citizenship. I do not have a naturalization number or a certificate of citizenship...what should I put on the form?

For item #15 - I just got a new job but have not started as yet. Should I still put down the information as my present employer or should I put unemployed?

04/10/09 - I130 Sent

04/14/09 - I130 Received

04/22/09 - Check Cashed

04/22/09 - NOA1 Hardcopy Received

08/13/09 - Touch

08/24/09 - RFE Email

08/27/09 - RFE Hardcopy Received

09/11/09 - Evidence sent to CSC

09/16/09 - Evidence Received by CSC

09/20/09 - Touch...on a Sunday???

09/25/09 - NOA2 Hardcopy Received. Dated 9/18

10/01/09 - NVC Case Number Assigned

10/02/09 - DS3023 & I-864 Bill Generated

10/02/09 - Paid I-864 fee online

10/03/09 - DS3032 Emailed

10/13/09 - Sent I-864 Packet

10/14/09 - NVC Received I-864 Packet

10/20/09 - I-864 Received via AVR

10/22/09 - IV Bill Generated

#13- You are a US Citizen, so all you would need would be your birth certificate, social security card, and a copy of the biographic page in the passport.

#15- I would put the information of the new job and put the day you will be starting there.

08-14-2008- Approved!!! 216 days...

08-21-2008- NOA2 Hardcopy received

09-05-2008- AOS Fee Bill and DS-3032 Generated

09-06-2008- E-mailed DS-3032 to NVC

09-11-2008- Received Hardcopy of DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill

09-15-2008- Mailed Hardcopy of DS-3032

09-16-2008- Paid $70 AOS fee online

09-17-2008- Received E-mail confirming the DS-3032 Agent

09-17-2008- Printed Coversheet for AOS paperwork
