Sorry to tell yea babe, but you need to send it to the service center that is for NC....

And that their is no easier or faster way.. Not that I know of anyways.... You will have to wait just like everyone here is... it's frustrating.... believe me I know...

You will have to learn patience.......

Good Luck to you love

As YouKaye said, your fiance has to send the I-129f petition to the Service Center listed for his area - which is Vermont. If he did send it somewhere else they would not accept it and he would lose the time spent sending it there and then having to send it to Vermont. I know it is hard to wait - those of us here more than anywhere else you probably go understand what that is like. All I can say is that good things are worth waiting for and once the waiting is over and you are together, you will forget a lot of the stress you are feeling right now from being apart. Good luck on your journey - I hope it is a fast one and you are together soon.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

VSC is where you have to file if your fiance is from North Carolina. It dosen't seem to have that much bad report. Just seems a bit slow at the moment. Im in the same situation. My fiance filed on the 9th May and were waiting on our NOA1.

Keep the faith going. The journey wont be too long.

Good luck

You can only file at either Vermont or California based on the state your fiance lives in. He has to file at Vermont.

Compared to California, Vermont is quite a bit faster. We got our approval in 3 months.

They are also very timely in sending your petition to NVC after you have gotten NOA2. California is painfully slow.

Be thankful you are at VSC.

In addition, to what others have mentioned, it doesn't really matter if a petition is approved 2 or 5 months after filing.

I noticed that there were some that got approved before us even though we filed months before them but still the interview schedules falls on the same month.
