hi everyone , my wife is going back to vietnam to get her kids and visit . what papers does she need to bring to make sure she comes back???

shes got her travel document and passport and copy of our marriage licence. shes got the tickit in her passport name. does she need anything else???

My Wife is going back in July and She got her Plane Ticket in her Maiden Name. "From her Passport" She will need to Take Her Green Card, Her Driver license Or State ID with Her Married Last name on them.

6-12-06 NVC Sent File To HCMC

If you mean she has her Advance Parole documents (two pages) when you say travel documents, passport with I-94, tickets and marriage license, then she should be ok.

1. Unexpired Vietnamese Passport to enter VN

2. AP and Unexpired VN Passport to reenter US

3. RT tickets issued in her maiden name (matching VN Passport)

4. Overkill: Certified copy of Marriage Certificate, State of residency issued ID, DL (both must be unexpired)

Bring her EAD if she has it with her!
