Hi again...

Am gonna die before i get my NOA2.. the wait kills and i think that means we should file to expertise the visa process.....

Still stuck at 159 on igors list and i cant see any changes for over 2 days now.. nothing has changed on the USCIS site as well :((

For the first time, reading all over VJ i read someone was denied k1 and was given a white slip?????? this scares me... do k1's only get white slips or any other slips ? are we entitled to be in the AP like k3's ?

all the best for everyone waiting... many thanks for your help :star:

i think when people talk about ap on here, they either mean advanced parole (which is to travel before green card and renter) or additional processing. it seems to me all visa applications might be subject to additional processing at the uscis's discression. but don't give up hope charel, i bet majority here of k1s get approved if not eventually. i think the slips are colour coded, each colour means different but i dont know whats what. i think there is a green slip and a pink slip and i think you are also right about the white slip. not sure which is visa approved and what the others are for. think everyone in this thread has a little bit longer to wait for approval, but not long i recon we are talking days or two or three weeks for may filers, so just round the courner if april is anything to go by.

hmmm what date do you think the next month will be when they update? will it be exactly a month ahead or or is it random i never paid attention before.

They update on the 15th each month. Usually it shows up a few days later

no i ment what date will they post like at the mo its saying they are working on the 17th of january.

I wish that they could feel the agony we do for just one day. It would motivate them to be a bit more productive and process us in a more timely matter.

Yeah, me too, that would be sooooooo awesome if they're onto May. I thought they didn't do expiditing anymore, or do you mean for some sort of emergency circumstance?

yep emergencies, military deployment etc, there are some still. Just not the paid ones like for working visa's

Gotcha. Yeah, let's hope it was not expidited!!! Don't they do a lot of approving mid-week? We'll see what happens tomorrow...
