I spoke with the NVC today, and they said our case is in administrative processing (not exactly sure what that means), but we did get our case number...so guess just keep checking with them to see when it left...

Been trying the DHL thing as well, though without knowing when it left the NVC hard to see if that one bound for London is ours :lol:

and got our NOA2 hard copy in the mail today!

Here's hoping! I have my attorney "sending an inquiry." Do you think they'll tell him anything other than what they've told me- which is basically what I can read on the USCIS website? It just makes no sense to me! We don't really have a difficult case, we basically lived together for 3 months, and I've been there twice, he's never been here illegally, ####### could be taking so long!!!! AHHHHHHHH! Oh well, if we don't get it before, I'll see my noivo a week from Friday in NYC! Rather know when he's coming forEVER. Okay, enough complaining, off to preschool mania! Have a good day everyone!!!!! Trust me, after my noivo and my parents, you will all be the first to know when we hear anything (whenever that may be!)

We're still waiting too, sigh... Although we filed at the end of May. It's such an emotional process to log onto the USCIS website several times a day and feel so anxious and excited as the page is loading and then see that same date of the last touch four months ago... Especially when every day there are new approvals on Igor's. Anyway... Can't be too far now, it's our time, more May approvals every day!!!!

Izel received her NOA2 on October 6th.

We filed May 28th and received the NOA1 on May 29th.

I am reading about the next steps we need to take and I find there is some conflicting information. I want to schedule Izels appointment as soon as possible. I need the case number to do that but I am unsure if I have to wait to receive the case number VIA mail or if I can call some place to get the case number. I am also unsure whether the Manila Embassy will send me the information or send it to Izel in PI. In other information I have seen, it says that the US Embassy, Manila will issue the appointment. Any input on this would be appreciated.

it seems odd to me that they have touched your case twice in the right time frame and you have heard nothing not even an rfe.

plus with what happened to us, I'm wondering if they have forgotten to update your account on line and whether or not that means they haven't posted you anything? :unsure: we still haven't heard as to whether our noa2 has come in the mail. :unsure: and it must of happened before the 1st oct cos that was the nvc letter date. which makes me wonder was it because we called something happened, or had it already happened when we called on the 24th/23rd of sept and that because they hadn't updated our account online the call center wouldn't know? :unsure:
