Hi All my dear VJ friends!

My husband just received e mail notification that both I 130 and I 129f petitions are approved at CSC. Im sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy my friends.

I wish you all speedy approvals bcz all of you deserve this feeling.

Thanks for being with me through out the first part (the most difficult part) of my Visa journey.

2oth Aug 2007 - Got married in SL

12th Sept 2007 - sent I 130 to CSC

5th Jan 2008 - Received NOA 1

16th May 2008 - Approved (NOA2 in 247 days )

18th May 2008 - Touch (Guess its been sent to USCIS mail room)

20th May 2008 - Received Hard Copy NOA2

I 129 F

7th Jan 2008 - Sent I 129 F to CSC

10th Jan 2008 - Received by CSC

18th Jan 2008 - Received NOA 1

16th May 2008 - Approved (NOA2 in 130 days )

18th May 2008 - Touch (Guess its been sent to USCIS mail room)

20th May 2008 - Received Hard Copy NOA2

21st May 2008 - Received Docs at NVC

xxx xxx xxxx - Case # generated

28th May 2008 - Sent to USEM Colombo

29th May 2008 - USEM Colombo confirmed receipt

12/21/08 - ceremonial wedding

10/9/10 - Sent I-751 and started the fresh hell that is ROC

10/14/10 - NOA1 for ROC

10/29/10 - received appointment for Biometrics

11/22/10 - Biometrics appointment

Currently: Living blissfully with my Essex lad...

Thanks a lot. i couldn't believe. we got it when we least expected it. bcz the day before it got approved my husband called RFE and a rep has told that our case is not assigned to an officer even and that it will take at least 30 to 60 days. we were so down. But the next day it was approved. :dance: i hope the rest will go faster than this. Good luck to you shape. :thumbs:

Yes, that is so good news. And yeah , the time not expecting it , and really a surprise. I'm so happy you got the approval now.
