08-07-8 AOS package sent

08-10-08 AOS package delivered to Chicago lockbox

08-14-08 check cashed

08-13-08 NOA1 for EAD,AP,AOS

09-03-08 Biometrics appointment

10-02-08 Case transferred to CSC

10-16-08 EAD and AP approved

01-26-09 AOS approved w/o interview

01-31-09 PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD RECEIVED

02-11-11 Biometric Appointment for Removing of Conditions

I have moved this to Consulates as that is where the denial occurred.

To new to this site, I am not sure what that means but thank you. Chuck and Teresa Can you enlighten me on your statement !

I actually am not sure where this post should go to get the most readers. But....

The denial of Teresa's visa occured at the consulate level. The petition for the visa application was approved.

Therefore I've just moved it over here to the Consular Forum, where we discuss....things that happen at consulates! :P

Our prayer is not only do we get our Visa but that we negate the oppurtunity for this to happen to someone !!! I wish we would have fond this site before now !!! But we now for all things there is a season !!! Thank you with your help and we will keep you updated !!! We know that together we are strong... In good times and in Bad !!! There is always hope !!! As we wait - hang we are getting to know each other on more intimate levels !!! It is great to have time together and pray through obstacles !!!! Thank you for your comment !!!! The articale is a true belessing in many ways it is an answer to our prayers. This is additonal supportive documination and testamnet that shows and proves we are not married and no fraudulent activites have taken place. Thank you so much for your comments it is always exciting to see your comments to our post !!! We are honored in many ways for this article to hit the media !!! It is outrageous that two people who love each other have to go through so much to be together!!! We are in many ways taking this oppurtunity to build a stronger foundation for our marriage. The CO maybe he thoght that we was just going to roll over and play dead after his descision but we are a force of Nature and we will sound the alarms !!! The Media the Attorney people in the Senate and Congress have now heard our story !!!! As for me and Teresa we are now enjoying the time we have where ever God has placed us !!! Thank you again and we will keep you updated and posted !!! Together we are Strong and ALIVE !!! Chuck and Teresa
