When to send I-864

Hi' All

According to James Shortcut it says to send the I-864 Once you hear this message on NVC "...NVC has received the DS3032, Choice of Agent and Address form on______. and will send further instructions within the next few weeks..."

Please advise if I should send the I-864 now or do i have to wait a little while. I started getting this message on 5/3/2008. I would be grateful for any advise. Thanks

BY AOS bill do you mean the $70.00 bill they request initially. If thats what you are asking then I have paid that bill. and my spouse sent the -ds3032 VIA email that is accepted.

one thing i wanted to ask that it only says that DS3032 RECEIVED but doesnt say anything about the AOS $70.00 bill which i sent a money order from USPS. Please advise
