Sent my I-129F petition to CSC on 4/14/08.

CSC recieved the petition on 4/15/08 via registered USPS Express mail (confirmation via USPS website and USPS green card registered mail reciept)

Check for petition cashed on 4/18/08 (confirmation via bank website)

But no NOA1 recieved as of today 5/2/08. So some questions....

1.) Should I be worried and/or do something?

2.) If not, then what is the proper time frame before I should be worried and/or do something?

3.) If it is time to be worried and/or do something, what should I do? (call or....what exactly)

Thanks!

P.S. Yes I looked at the back of my check for the case number, but there are too many stamps, and the scan is so poor, that I cannot make out anything remotely similiar to a 13 digit number.

Thanks for your help!

We sent our packaged to VSC near the end of February. They received it and cashed the cheque. Our NOA1 didn't arrive until - get this - two days ago, almost two and a half months after they received it. I was getting worried because couples on this forum were getting theirs within a few days. My fiance did call them and they said they were backed up and it could take up to three months. Your A# should also be on the canceled cheque if you had it mailed back to you. We couldn't check ours because the number was so blurry and my fiance's cheques are only veiwable online.

Good luck, and don't worry!!
