I called the service center using my last pin # call. Spoke with a tina, they dont seem capable of knowing if Zen's documents are back from NSO na. She gave a general statement that they are taught, figure up to 8 weeks for processing time after interview approval.

Zen will call grace at usem like you folks said.

call now , say your case number slowly and ask grace the status of your verified docments from nso, she would say, we received your verified documents from nso and the CO is reviewing it, dont make plans yet for flights until you get your visa, call us up again for follow up.. or she might say well your documents from NSO has been reviewed, wait for delbros to text you. so dont be worried if you didnt hear grace say your visa has been approved, she will just say your docs had been reviewed.

goodluck and dont give up , just hit the zero if the machine operator picked up ok..

they were not able to patch your call to grace? hmmm ask zen to call grace using the 3012000 7 5184 or 5185 then the #key, yes those call agents have their scripts to follow, i dont think they know anything about the docs verification... like what other vjers said.. so better call grace or lorraine and ask for the status of your verified docs from nso. zen belongs to april 14 right? she was confirmed to be on the april 14 list right? so she should get a good news abt her status.

i called up grace again today.. yesterday she said my verified docs from nso are being reviewed by the CO... today, they were done!!! we will call again by friday, (thursday is holiday hehehe) and im positive that her next update would go like this, "your visa has been printed or is being printed... wait for a text msg from delbros for delivery info" but then i wont wait for the text, im gonna call delbros asap hehehe kulit ko noh.. then 1-3 days visa on hand (within metro manila area) and new post for success story.. yeh bebe yeh
