Hi everybody! I just wanted to let you know that Ayman arrived safe and sound last night. He had no problems at JFK with Immigration. He said they didn't ask any questions of him. They did not give him the work stamp and he totally forgot about it until I asked this morning. This is ok though because he was going to have to stay home with our son until he got a job and we could hire a sitter. He's exhausted and jet lagged and is actually asleep while I am online now. We had to run several errands today and we got our marriage license. We will marry on Monday morning.

He's amazed at how "green" America is, how friendly everybody has treated him so far, and that we actually have drive thru's to get food  We are just thrilled to have him home with us and a part of our family. And to have him here to see his son grow is a true blessing.

I wish all of the rest of you waiting a short wait on that visa and I am being so honest when I say that once you see them at that airport that the lonely nights and all of the pain of waiting is gone. It's like a 100 pounds has been lifted off of your shoulders.

Take care and God bless!

Tasha

hey tasha.. congrats on his arrival and i'm glad that everything is going alright.. sorry for the late response.. yea i know what you mean.... i am soooo glad habibi is here.. you know sometimes i think i'm supposed to get on the computer and talk to help or call him and he's already here.. it's hard to believe sometimes that he's here.. yea america is very green... and i understand about the drive thru part.. when habibi got here, we went to mcdonald's(only close restaurant open) and i pulled into the drive thru... he opened the door and i'm like what are you doing.. he said aren't we going in  ...i said nooooo silly, you order at the speaker and pick it up and the window... he's very sweet.. .. i just pray he's happy here.. but to be honest, i miss cairo and wanna stay there... oh well

Passage Revelation 19:11:

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

Thank you Jesus!!!!
