USCIS sent approved I-129F TODAY to NVC

Ok so my husband called USCIS 3 times today following the RFE trick instructions. Here's what happened -

First Call - The person who got his call didn't even know that our case was approved and told him to schedule an appointment with the local immigration office. unbelievable!

Second Call - The guy he talked to said that our documents were sent out to NVC on April 23 which is... TODAY! 5 weeks almost... ugg

Third Call - The guy he talked to again informed him that our case has been sent to NVC today, April 23 (we're still in doubt though not until we get our case # from NVC).

Btw, before he called USCIS the 3rd time, he contacted NVC first to verify if they have not received our docs yet, to which NVC confirmed that they don't have it yet...

Anyways, due to frustration with the process my husband decided to call NVC again on Friday just to check if they got our docs. I mean, they might not knowing everything is screwed up already but there's no harm in trying and it's always best to do some further verification rather than wait for them to contact us.

All of us who got approved from CSC should keep our fingers crossed for now and hope all this will be better once our papers reached NVC. Keep on praying. God Bless.

Hi there, I also had to wait, but seems like you been waiting longer... humm hope that USCIS actually sent it out because mine was in their mail room for about a month, so it's possiable yours was there too... Good Luck!!!! Hang in there!

Ya, we're so happy that we're finally out of CSC. Praise God!

Anyhow, I'll only be able to relax once we got our case # and once interview date has been scheduled. All I ever wish and want right now is to be with my husband on or before his birthday which will be on June 18...

My fiance also called yesterday and was told that CSC didn't have the case and that it had been sent to the NVC. Called NVC today and they haven't got it yet. Is it possible that my case will be in the record by Tuesday the 29th?

I didn't want to be too happy since I was afraid the CSC officer made a mistake, I just hope that information given was accurate.

Tell your fiance to call NVC again tomorrow to check if they've received your docs. My husband will call them back tomorrow to do that. Hopefully it's already there. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Also, NVC sent me another email last Friday, April 25 saying that they've not receive our case yet and that we should call USCIS to follow-up.
