Hi I received a RFE on Jan 30.2008 and i sent all my paperwork on feb 15,2008( thats the usps delivery date) , when i call uscis help line i receive the message stating that i need to send the requested info. My question is how can i confirm if USCIS has received the RFE package that I sent them.

I would suggest calling USPS to ensure they had delivered to USCIS on February 15th and talk with someone at USCIS instead of an automated machine message. It's also a bad possibility that USCIS has misplaced or lost the RFE package.. today is April 21, a whole month and some later..

I hope you get through and sort things out..

You say that you sent your paperwork on Feb 15th, and then say that Feb 15th is the USPS delivery date. Which is it? Did you send it on Feb 15th, or did you receive a delivery receipt notice indicating that USCIS received it on Feb 15th?

The normal way to know that USCIS received something is to send it certified with return receipt. It costs extra at the post office, but the peace of mind is worth it.

I would call back to USCIS again... you know every time you call you have a bunch of different answers.....

I'd say i received the RFE notice and you send your papers with the RFE notice back in feb 15 ... also said the notice said that if after 60 days you have not received and answer you need to call USCIS, and that's your case and need to know the status of your case. Then they will need to tel you it's on your file or not if it's not i'd ask if your send it again or what do you do?

Good Luck
