Having a hard time with new fee increases

i was worried about the ex getting some of my income but the lawyer said the divorce was over and there's no way she could. i don't mind giving to charity but giving to my spouse's ex, who stopped working as a charge nurse and just play online video games all day, there's no justice to that.

i just wish that our government here in the Philippines strictly enforces the child support law.

Take your EX-WIFE back to court Get the spousal support removed, and/or get the child support lowered to a resonable amount. If you are paying that much in support, you shouldn't be paying spousal support. Excuse my french but your EX needs to get off her dead-beat BUTT, get a job, and support herself.

As for the chid support, I am not sure why it would be that considering the amount of money you make. I would definately hire a lawyer and take her back to court.

I just want to thank everyone here for sharing there own experiences that they have had with past ex spouses. The main reason I posted this thread was to get feedback on the fee increases and having a ex spouse sucking your bank account dry on the other end. But that's what is great here at VJ, is that most of the input is very constructive and the people here are great in giving that. thanks again everyone!
