Hello!

More questions: do I send in 2 copies of the DS-156K form with the duplicate copies of DS-156? Forms are going to the London Embassy.

Thanks - so nearly there with these blasted forms!

I did two copies of the form done online (the one that generates a barcode), and only one of the one-page one that says "do not write below this line".

Be careful... don't sign either!!! We made that mistake, and had to re-send in barcoded form in duplicate, unsigned. On the checklist it says to NOT sign the electronic barcoded form, but on the actual form it says NOTHING about not signing it.

So annoying!!!

Good luck...
