i just got my conditional GC and my 2nd aniversary is in nov. 2008 .so can i apply for remove conditional by nov 2008 or wait b4 my GC is expired by 90 days?? my GC will expired by july 2009???

You can apply to lift conditions starting 90 days before the expiration of your green card.

Wedding anniversary has nothing to do with when you file to remove conditions on a TWO YEAR CR-Green-Card.

Only IF you were approved for green-card AFTER 2nd wedding anniversary you would have gotten UN-Conditional Card.

You should never remove conditionals.

Conditional clauses are used to to refer to hypothetical situations - things that could

happen if certain criteria were met.

For example, a conditional in the present tense describes a straightforward

condition for something to happen in the future:

If my green card expires in July 2009 and I submit a petition to lift conditions today,

my application will be denied.

Using a conditional in the past tense will make the situation in the main clause

more hypothetical but not entirely unrealistic:

If I read the instructions more carefully, I would know that my second wedding

anniversary had nothing to do with it.
