Hi!

I was wondering if there is still july filers that hasn't been approved yet, or the ones that didn't update their timelines are not around anymore?

If that's you, than i'm really sorry, but maybe there is some special about your case.

Would you share?

We filed 31 december, but i'm trying to figure how long this process can last and if the unapproved petitioners are still here or they just left VJ without updating the timelines.

To give you an idea our file was received @ CSC on October 15 and still no approval. Estedia files before us (end of August) and still no approval either. I hope it will be soon for all of us
