Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied,that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

i was surprised price let ANYTHING in tonight. that save he had in the first period, the one where the puck bounced off the post and price somehow managed to swing his stick behind his back and scoop the puck outta the crease... well, that was magic.

kovalev's goal was pretty fun to watch, too. and i'm cheering for the bruins! :hehe:

My Husband is overjoyed! He was just viewing the tv guide channel here and discovered that not only are the Flames playing tonight but we get the channel they are broadcasting it on. He hasn't seen a game since we left Calgary.

Price had an off night but that was a tremendous save. I really am surprised at the power the Habs have had over the Bruins almost every time they play. 5-1 was pretty impressive but the Canadiens still hold a 3-2 series lead.

All right I have had enough of this talk you 2. The Leafs are just letting everyone think they suck so next year when they take the Stanley Cup it will be sweet victory. On that note, come on Flames you can do it I know you can.

I just had a vision of a big guy with a big frown on his face wearing a Canadiens jersey. :(:lol: One thing about the Leafs, once they're in, they rarely leave before the second round of the playoffs. If they get a few more defensive-minded players, they'll hoist the cup no problem. They have more than enough offensive firepower to compete with anybody and Toskala has really become a solid goalie.

http://sports.yahoo.com/nhl/scoreboard Keep an eye on that link, and look for WATCH LIVE by the middle bottom right of each boxscore. As long as you have a Yahoo Id (its free) you can watch for free!! Not all games are shown online, but yahoo usually shows a few each week. Sometimes they dont announce which games, to just prior to game start,or until the game has started!!
