Hiya,

Did your SO mail her petition out with delivery confirmation?

also, are you sure this is right:

Filed for: K-1

Nebraska Service Center

??

It seems to me you either file the i129F at vermont or california. If this is really the case, then your application may have gone 'lost' in the worst case scenario.

You have asked and asked and been given the answer that it should be either in California or Vermont. If it isn't there then it either got lost in the mail or your girlfriend never really sent it out. SHE has to call USCIS and track it. We can't help.

first thing i would do is call the number on her receipt for the money order and see if it has been cashed......if it has then she needs to contact neb and see when they sent the application to csc also call csc and ask them if they have it

if the money order has not been cashed i would stil make the phone calls our stupid attorney sent ours to neb and it took a long time for them to cash our money order because it was sent to the wrong place to begin with.......

Have you called to USCIS? We had the same problem one year ago. My husband received the NOA1 after 3 months. He called to USCIS and asked for the procces. They asked for a case number but we didn't have one, so they checked with the petitioner/beneficiary name and with the tracking number when the package was sent, and they told him that they ordered a copy of the NOA1.

Good luck
