Techgirl hang in there. Believe me I know what it's like. The Embassy sent Adam's Packet 3 papers to the wrong address and he never got them. We kept emailing them to tell them we knew there had to be a mix-up but they never responded or simply said "these were sent weeks ago". So finally someone was nice enough to check that this was the wrong address and sent them correctly. We lost a month in the process because of it and I was an absolute miserable wreck. Then the rest went smoothly from there.

It isn't fair and there is no rhyme or reason to who gets your case, in which order and when you are scheduled. My advice is by now you've paid a buttload of money to the Embassy. Don't email weekly email every other day. Include the date when you sent back your Checklist and Packet 3. Keep at them. Make yourself so annoying they will want to give you an interview just to make you go away. You've paid for that right.

OMG I cant quit smiling!! :) I can only imagine the wreck i will be when he has his interview!! I want to be there with him sOOO bad, but I do know that his mum will be attending with him :) WOOOOOOOoHOOooooOO. Thanks for the reassurance everyone :)

CONGRATS TECHGIRL!!!!!! I am so pleased for you!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

I am leaving very early tomorrow morning for London- we are spending the weekend there and then going to the embassy on Monday- I'll update everyone with an approval :whistle: (I HOPE) Monday evening.

Good luck to everyone tomorrow and Monday's interviews: see you there! I'll be the brown haired girl with the blond fringe and blond streak in front with the guy wearing the crazy floral shirt. Say hi (unless I'm crying).
