This is how Luz looked when we first met. I like longer hair so I talked her into letting it grow out.

I only had one album of old photos here and I think this one is the best representation of my awesomely bad hair. I think it was sprayed with that colored hairspray stuff for halloween. Not sure how old I was probably 8-10

This is Neil when he was 12-14 (I think). I find the photo hilarious. He would die if he knew I put it on here. Already feeling bad for our future children since we both have curly hair. Poor kids :(

This was me back in High School. The girls really dug my hair and pink shirt combo.

Sweet mother of god! I think that gets you first prize.

And the obligatory prom picture, 1990. Note the dyed green shoes, good God!

The photographer was less than skilled--it's not my bad cropping job, I swear!

Glorious Massachusetts, of course!

I don't remember exactly where the event was. It was at some function venue south of Boston somewhere. Pembroke, Mass., maybe?

I have no idea what was up w/ the wicker arch.

Yah, I asked Sully to come ovah and put up this aaahch fa tha pick-chiz, and he was like, "The aaaahch is gonna look wicked fuckin' stupid."

The Boston accent is truly among the worst American accents. I miss it. I grew up outside Boston and have lived out west for 15 years, so I have a sort of watered-down New England accent. I'm often mistaken for Canadian, oddly, especially in Europe and the UK. Something about the vowels, I guess.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."
