Any idea who done with this, when do i expect to receive the packet 3 to arrive?

There is no packet 3 dear.. before it was packet 4... now they don't even send that out na.

The call center agent said I could just download it from HERE, nagkukuripot na sila.

The email you received after your husband called will be the appointment letter and the whole packet 4 should be downloaded from the embassy or just click below.

you mean to say packet 3 or 4 means the DS forms? Hmmm.. i didnt know that, LOL, hehe.. Thank you so much for explaining about this. Now, it means i dont need to wait any letter or packet from them. right?

Yes dear. the packet 4 is the appointment letter and the forms and the instructions. If you will click on that appointment packet (K3 for you right?) it contains the things you should bring, the forms you should fill up and also the fees to be paid and where to pay them.

nag-co-cost cutting ata sila kaya di nalang nila pinapadala packets or maybe they thought our philippine postal service is utterly useless so it is still no use even if they mail it out coz it just arrives very very very very late, sometimes even after the interview and most of the time applicants had to request another copy from SLEC. Kaya yan, idodownload nalang lahat.

I posted another thread for the packet 4 info because the first post I made and also the one I have posted here in your thread is still the old outdated packet.

there are others who are also confirming that USEM will not send out packet 4 anymore.

The revised packet already have the new fees, new interview appointment scheduling, the delbros document verification info, the list of additional vaccines, SLMCEC new requiements for medical (just passport and 2x2 passport photo), and all other latest information.

hi shape, my fiancee has received her packet 3 already just recently, april 5th. i've read your posts and found out you got an interview already, congrats. it made me wonder how you got an interview without receiving anything, but noticed that you're on k3 and me and my fiancee are on k1 so im guessing it's because of that that's why i got a packet and you didn't? BUT i don't know and not sure if my hypothesis is right.

this is the first time i read about anybody receiving packet 3... is it different from the 1 page instruction or info about the new procedures that some others have received also? Joyce_peter have received something also and I think Ericc, but they already have interview appointments before they recieved it.

I'm also on K1, and have already set an interview appointment schedule last week, just 2 working days after our papers arrived in manila and just one week after our papers left NVC. Some here (also on K1) have also made interview appointment schedule a week after they confirmed from NVC that their papers were forwarded to USEM.

Pls do share the info of the "packet 3" that your fiancee have received? It will really benefit others to know about any packet 3, maybe its another new USEM procedure as they seem to be adding something new every month.
