You don't track it unless you sent it certified, you can find out when it has been cashed by checking with the Post Office.

It will be fine, call USCIS and you will know immediately when it has been recieved. I was worried as well, but others cannot use it anyway as it is made out to USCIS, just follow up on it, it should be recieved within a few days, processed in several days.
