Hi there! I've got a problem about my application.

I have already done an exam. for my K1 visa in Hong Kong, and the clinic gave me one envelope at that time, of course I gave it to the US consulate. The problem is, I am now is Tennessee and I've heard that I should have two copies (two set of reports) from the clinic, one is for the consulate in Hong Kong and one is for the rest of papers which to be submitted after we get married here...

I am so confused ... mm.... is that true that I should have one copy of the result of the medical exam.? If I don't have it with me, isn't it I have to do it again here? And how much it could be? I am so sad and don't know what to do since there are many many papers we have to file .... driving me crazy!

Please help me!!!

The results were in that brown envelope you turn in at the POE, USCIS has them.

When adjusting status all you need to provide is a vaccination record.

8. Fiancé(e)s.

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement, not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application

You get this done by a US Civil surgeon in the USA.

Lastly this is an Adjustment of Status question, NOT a K-1 visa question.

Don't worry. My hubby didn't have a copy of his medical records when he arrived. Its not a big deal. When you file your AOS, the only thing that USCIS wants is an I-693A (Vaccine supplement). This is not a form that you would have completed at your medical in Hong Kong anyway.

The I-693A must be completed by a US civil surgeon (list available at USCIS website). If you have your vaccine records you may get someone who will transcribe them for you at little cost (search VJ for Dr. Arnold, he/she will do this for $10). If you don't have the records, you can do the vaccines over (at the health department and get the US CS to copy your records) or get the vaccines from the CS directly. It is an inconvience and may cost you around $200. Most CS will only complete your I-693A after a complete (and unnecessary) medical exam.
