Ours is EAC08126... Seems as we have been left by the wayside. No new touches since 6/17 either. I am afraid they are doing checks on me, since my gov't job might make them suspicious in their eyes. I really don't understand that... A person like me, in her late forties, with a steady income and all, should be a guarantee of very real intentions, and not someone in for a GC scam. However, from Igor's list it seems there are other late March filers left behind. I just hope to be able to make it to the US before Xmas.. And a whole year of my life will be gone, thanks to them.

Raffaella, I don't think anybody's forgotten you. Each adjuticator has a box of cases they work with. Some work faster than others. You could be under a bit more scrutiny due to your job but I doubt that would hold you back too long. It's coming!

Let's hope it's true... At first I hoped to be able to make it to the US by the end of the summer, but now it seems the date will be pushed forward indefinitely. I would love to be married to Michael on October 20, the second anniversary of our first meeting in person - the day that changed both our lives. Who knows, it may be possible yet... Though I am not religious, at least not in any conventional sense, I hope someone or something will help us to be finally together. There are so many bad things in the world already to keep people who really love each other apart - and I am referring to all of us here.

Me and Hazel are having a spiritual non legal wedding in the Philippines November 29th for her family and friends. the plan is hopefully that she will have her visa by then so she will then come home with me to have our legal us wedding. If we get approved in the next week or two do you's think that should be enough time ?

John, The Philippines seem to be fairly quick scheduling interviews these days. In fact, our own EWOK posted about processing times for the Philippines just this morning. There is the doc verification and cemonar but I don't think that holds you up too long.

Good morning to the rest of April. I know it's Saturday but i'm hoping for some timeline movement today to help keep me going. Maybe we just need to hear from Dale. ;)

Enjoy your weekend folks!

Hello To All:

These past week, I had a lot of stress waiting for NOA2 approval , my NOA1 date is April 14 and touched May 15 . My fiance is from Uruguay and it seems that we are the only ones doing a K1 visa for that country.

Today, I'm feeling a bit better but still thinking if everything is fine and that we will be approved.

Good luck to all of us that are waiting for approvals.

Sandra

I read the adjudicators thread Kim linked to on another thread, and he mentioned it can take like 15 minutes to adjudicate a case, then its probably in some box of approvals waiting to get entered into the system!. That could be one touch or 12 touches, VSC has just recently started adjudicating the April filers, hopefully they will speed up a little with us being almost half way threw the month!.

Keep in mind it is early April filers being approved right now, so no one has been 'skipped' or 'overlooked' I just hope we all start getting good news very soon :) .

It is alot harder now we are so close!, and when you haven't had a touch since early on (30th April for me) it does get a little down, considering you/I check that darn website everyday and it never changes!.

Like Ana said we have to stay strong and maybe dance? :P
