USPS Priority mail, certified with receipt confirmation.

ONLY USPS can deliver to a PO Box.

Also you are talking lifting conditions, so why does your profile still show Filed for K-1? Shouldn't it show AOS approved? Or perhaps lifting conditions?

We sent ours overnight through the USPS...we were very close to the expiration date of the conditional residency, and wanted to be sure they got it on time.

It was very much worth the $16.95 to be able to check on the USPS tracking website that Nebraska had received it the next morning!

Good luck!

You did not even have to do that, USCIS will use the Post Mark on the package to determine if it was late or not, this only is the case if you use USPS, this is NOT the case if you use UPS, FED-EX or any other currier service. Edited by YuAndDan

I will be shipping out soon my wife's I- 751 form and would like to know what is the best way to ship. I don't think overnight or 2 day shippers deliver to po boxes. Any one have a clue? Thanks.

we also used USPS express mail (overnight) .. tracking comes as a part of the deal. We were able to obtain confirmation the next day...worth the extra $$$

Yes. But if you choose USPS Priority Mail, you should buy the tracking and return receipt so that you know when they receive your packet.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
