i filed for i-130 in oct 08. I do not work, so I need to have a joint sponsor for the i184. my question is, will it be a problem if the joint sponsor is also claiming me as a dependent on their 07 taxes? He's never claimed me before and im seriously thinking if this will hurt my case. Can anybody give me some info on this pls?

I think you're talking about I864 form. I don't think so that it would be a problem if he/she earns enough money to support her/his dependants including the imigrant. If you aren't sure about the outcome if you're his/her dependat too, you can choose another co-sponsor... Also, remember that you (as a petitioner) must file another I864 aside you have a co-sponsor. Good luck.
