HELP!! DS-230 question

Hey all,

My hubby is filling out the DS-230 and we aren't sure how to respond to Q23 - list of educational institutions. Are they asking for ALL schools he attended or only college-level and above since they are asking about degrees? On the other hand they mention diplomas so we are confused. If it is college-level and above then do we leave it blank on my stepson's form?

Quick responses would really be appreciated.

Medical scheduled for 4/10/06 - everything went great!!

5/2/06 - INTERVIEW - APPROVED !!

5/20/06 - Crash came home to NY for good!!

3/25/08 FedEx confirmed-package received

3/28/08 check cleared bank

3/31/08 received NOA1-extension (dated 3/25/08)!!

4/7/08 received NOA2-biometrics appt (dated 4/3/08)!

Put the name of schools in college that your fiance/e attended.

I do not have a child so I do not know how your stepson answer this.

June 15, 2009 - Notice Date

June 19, 2009 - Recieved NOA

July 15, 2009 - Scheduled for biometrics

Sept 21, 2009 - Scheduled for Interview ....Passed the interview test

Oct. 16, 2009 - Oath taking

I pondered over this one as well. In the end I answered it including all my schooling as well as college. As I received certificates as opposed to diploma's or degree's, that is what I put. I even included my schooling from kindergarten until high school and put N/A under diploma/degree.

12-10-04 NOA 1 fee changed had to resend info with new fee

12-11-04 Resend case with new fee

02-14-05 NOA 2 I-130 Case aproved and sent to NVC

02-25-05 NVC received case

03-21-05 Received I-864 fee bill

03-22-05 Sent $70 I-864 payment to

04-16-05 Received IV fee bill

04-17-05 Sent $ 380 IV payment to NVC

05-02-05 Received I-864 packet from NVC
