Yeah, another touch today. I am sure it is just CSC staff moving my file from the adjudicator's desk back to the queue shelf because the adjudicator spilled his Pepsi on it and wants the papers to dry out for a few more months before he deals with it.

Thanks for tracking the time line, I notice you took break for about a week if you can teach me how you get the new info and how to update the time line in google I will be more than happy to help. It's been updated. There has been a serious lack of activity on behalf of both service centers for over 2 weeks now....

No approval for you I see... I was sure that this would be the week for you. They eem to slow down when getting to close the the 15th of the month, when they post the "updated" processing dates. They don't want to give anyone hope of ever being approved, so they slow down the processing times...

I am trying to get a K3 visa, however ultimately we want an immigration visa. We filed both the I130 and the I129F. Can I still be added to the spread sheet? We are at the California Service Center. My signature gives the other dates.

Tu, al igual que yo, estas en un momento de desesperacion, verdad?

Te escribo porque al leer el foro me he dado cuenta que no se lo que quieren decir muchas cosas, por ejemplo, mi esposo recibio el NOA1 y on line siempre ha aparecido como "Received and pending", nadie se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros, ni hemos recibido nada mas! Ya estoy un poco desesperada pensando que porque tardan tantooooo!!!

Pero mi pregunta es, Que quiere decir "Touch"? Es decir, cuando poneis que vuestro caso esta Touch, que quiere decir??? Quiere decir que ya le han asignado tu caso a alguien??? O que alguien ya esta tramitando tu expediente??

Puedes hablar con el centro tramitador para saber como va tu expediente????

Ojala puedas aclararme alguna duda, como ves, no se mucho de todo esto, y para nada me imaginaba yo que un tramite de estos me iba practicamente a amargar mi primer año de casada!!!

Espero que tengas mucha suerte, que veo que estas en la misma espera que nosotros y desde hace un monton de tiempooo!!!!

Mi español es horible, así que perdóneme. Un tacto significa simplemente que su archivo fue movido o miraba dentro del centro de servicio. Tiene poca importancia.

I plan on doing some updates this evening after work. Unfortunately, for those of you with K-3 timelines, I will not add you. I use the VJ queries solely to populate the spreadsheet and am only querying the IR-1/CR-1 timelines. K-3s are an entirely different beast.

I registered in the USCIS web when I read your answer, I have never done before! And I have seen that I have a Touchhhh!!!! A very old Touch (in February), but I have one!

When you see a "Updated" in the web is a "Touch", right??
