Ive been wondering were you have been. I was beginning to think you fell off the face of the earth he he!!! I have printed out the forms here on line to complete the 864 and the 230. I already have them filled out and ready to send when the time comes to send them I am ready.

Receipt number recevied 2/13/08

Paperwork sent to Guangzhou on 1/23/09

Interview 5/21/09 PASSED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

I have an NOA1 of 8/8/2008. I don't know exactly when it has been sent because it is my lawyer who did it. I am still waiting of course at California Center.

You can add me in the spreadsheet if that can help. It's been nice for me to follow others.

The spreadsheet was last updated on September 24, 2008. I am sure there has to be more approvals as of today from both CSC and VSC.

All those approved please post ur NOA2 dates. This spreadshet has helped me keep my hopes high.

Updated as of 10th October. Approvals are highlighted from the 29th September onwards. If anything is missed, please let either NicoleX08 or myself know.

UPDATED

CR-1/IR-1 Journey for Self

12th April 08 - Married in Australia

21st April 08 - Mailed off I-130 but with incorrect title on cheques

30th April 08 - USCIS returned petitions requesting correct title on cheques

2nd May 08 - Mailed out I-130s again! Finally on our way!!!

9th May 08 - NOA-1

7th Nov 08 - Tranferred to CSC

4th Dec 08 - Approved!!!

22nd Dec 08 - NVC # assigned

23rd June 09 - Case Complete at NVC (We slowed down the process on purpose to time interview accordingly)

18th August 09 - Medical

25th August 09 - Interview Date - Approved!!!

19th February 10 - POE L.A (No dramas, just SLOW)

2nd March 10 - Welcome to America Letter

Actually I got my aproval on 9/30 for my I 130. However in my excitment on 10/1/08 I thought that was my approval since that is when I read it :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

I was officially sent to California office on Sept. 8 but received the dreaded "RFE" October 1 (actually, I read online it was sent Oct. 1 and had to wait until Oct 10 to receive it in the mail).

So, hopefully you can update the spreadsheet soon with my approval but until then I'm officially only transferred to California.

Spring

06-10-07-- met him on a mission trip

11-17-07--second time together in person--engaged

12-01-07-- We got married

01-17-08-- 3 weeks together

02-14-08-- Sent I-130

02-26-08-- Received NOA-1

04-26-08-- 1 week in Panama with him

06-10-08-- Spent 12 wonderful days with the man that I love!

07-28-08--- 7 days with him in Nicaragua!

09-13-08-- Notice of transfer to California

09-18-08---8 days of wedded bliss with my man (of course in Nicaragua)

10-01-08-- Online site states RFE

10-10-08-- RFE for English translation of marriage certificate (they have one but not worth calling about it)

10-10-08-- Translation sent

10-20-08-- Case resumed

10-23-08-- NOA 2 sent in the mail (found out on uscis.gov website)

10-28-08-- NOA 2 hardcopy received

11-12-08-- received DS-3032/ AOS fee bill hard copy (nothing ever on NVC phone AVR)

11-12-08-- paid 1-864 online/ emailed DS-3032

11-17-08-- mail AOS priority

11-18-08--IV fee ready to be paid/ paid online

11-19-08--IV bill "paid" status online

11-20-08--DS230 Express mail to NVC

11-21-08--Both AOS and DS-230 received at NVC @ 10:48 am

11-24-08--Call NVC and "case under review"

11-28-08--Case COMPLETE! Thank the Lord!

12-22-08--Medical exam complete in Managua

01-13-09--Interview in Managua

01-XX-09--Atlanta POE

When I sent the RFE back that I got. They approved my I-130 the very next day. So you are almost to NVC :thumbs::thumbs:

Only 241 days and I finally got a NOA2!!! It's a miracle. Of course, now we wait for the NVC process to unfold but what a relief to finally say the NOA 2 is on its way!
