I talked to habibi this morning and he said the dhl guy brought his passport with the visa in it... we are sooooooooooooo happy... yayyyyyyyyyyy... any suggestions on flights and how to call from the airport since he will not be using at&t or anything like that.. omg this is sooooo wonderful... i gotta get the house straight before he comes... omg.. ya'll pray for me.. thanks visa journey... :thumbs::dance::luv:(F)(L):):P:D ... i'm speechless... lol

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

oh and on the suggestion...check out the EgyptAir site for a direct flight to NY (I find they're the cheapest IF you book aproximately a month in advance), then the flight from NY to where ever you are.
