Thanks, yea.. that sounds odd.. and I would never thought of choosing it!

I just got someone and she told me to just do it through the website so I just did... put Other service in there and got what I want :blush:

I hope 1 hour is enough time to do the infopass coz they dont have anything later than 10 (my bio) and I just dont want to wake up at 5am :blush:

K-1 = 4 months

AOS = 5 months

I-751 = almost one year

09/11/04...By e-mail I-129F APPROVED and NOA-2mailed 08/Nov./04

12/11/04...Received NOA-2 from CSC.NVC received I-129F APPROVAL from USCIC

16/11/04...Receive e-mail from NVC,entering approved petetion into the system and assigned a case #

20/11/04...Receive letter from NVC they have I-129F and assiagned a BNK case #

29/11/04...Turn in DS-230part 1 and check list to US Consulate Thailand.They also asked for 2 photos of Yai at this time.Did not recieve interview date at this time due to person assigning dates left for the day.Will recieve date in the mail,took 1 hour

07/12/04...Yai recieves letter with instrutions about interview from US Consulate with invterview date

24/02/05...Pay Visa fee in Bangkok at Post office

01/03/05...Yai has visa interview

02/03/05...We pick up Visa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

02/06/05...Welcome to the U.S.A.

04/15/06...Offical marriage in U.S.A.(Tax Day) ;) ;)

Everything we have done was without the help of an attorney.We have not had any problems thus far and will not,I believe.

ok another panic attack...for me..

Bram is not going with me to the biometrc so he wont be there for the infopass to get the stamp either.. so that's ok right? that I go alone? Just want to make sure!

But ofcourse he will be there for the interview.

:goofy: I'm very surprised you two haven't gotten biometrics notices yet since they seemed to be flying out the past couple of weeks. I wonder if it has anything to do with what part of the country you guys are in and that those biometric centers are backed up and that they don't mail out the notices until they have your scheduled within a month from the notice. Has anyone else (that you know of) in the area you live on our list gotten a notice? :goofy:

:goofy: Well I went back and looked at what people have listed for the local office and seems Kathryn41 is also at Atlanta so I guess what I said doesn't make any sense since she got her biometrics and she filed after you, though you were transferred to Vermont and she might still be staying in Texas it looks like. sorry I am not mitzi but I do have an infopass at Miami tiomorrow, when i was just reading what to take with us, there on their site, they ask for passport photos, has anyone needed them for an i551 stamp.

I am taking the appointment letter, the cashed cheque, the greencard, passport and itinerary for our trip o/s next month

is there anything you can think of, that I should also take?

and what is ADIT, that they talk about?

ps. even after my fingers and everything else crossed there was nothing in the mail!!!

Still nothing for us. But we have an infopass appointment in Atlanta this coming Monday so maybe we will find out something then.

:goofy: Yeah, I saw that about the passport photos and wondered why they asked for them. I can't answer any of your questions but Jamieswith got his stamp a week or so ago so maybe he will post and let us all know. :goofy:
