I'm sorry Anya - I know how I would feel seeing everyone else around me getting appointments - but it is probably on its way to you and you will get it tomorrow. My notice was printed a week ago and the envelope dates stamped 3 days ago - so blame it on USPS. It will be there for you soon - hopefully tomorrow.

Yep, someone obviously included a laxative with their file, so now TSC finally have their "stuff" moving - not that I'm making a comparison between the TSC black hole and any other "hole"

I checked my case status and it shows as follows:

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: This case has been sent to another office for processing because it has jurisdiction over the case.

On March 18, 2008, we transferred this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED to our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. Well this is so damn quick for me I got my Biometrics appointment letter for the 4/17 and also son and I have been transfered to Vermont too so it looks like I wont be on your list any more

7th Jan 05 Just found out from this site that if your receipt number starts wac that is the California Service Centre

8th Feb 05 APPROVED!!!!!! bloody hell I am in shock

12th Feb NOA2 arrives via snail mail

24th Feb Got NVC number

25th Feb email from NVC case has been forwarded to London

4th March Packet 3 received

OH when oh when will I hear from the Embassy for my date for the interview?!?!?!

4th March Sent packet 3 back recorded delivery

7th March packet received at Embassy via recorded delivery

28th April Medical in Edinburgh

6th May 2005 Interview thank god!!!! A date at last

6th May 2005 had interview Welcome to the United States, I have my VISA approved!!!!!

23rd May flew to Atlanta GA

2nd July Married !!!!!

11th July sent of AOS and EAD

22nd July received NOA's for AOS and EAD

9th September succesfull with a walkin Atlanta for Biometrics

20th Oct had info pass for EAD, EAD issued for one year

4th May AOS interview Atlanta APPROVED!!!!

19th March 2008 Sent application to remove conditions

31st March 2008 received NOA

17th April 2008 Biometrics

Still keep updating things on our list - it appears that others too have been transferred - although so far it looks like my file is still at Texas. Very interesting, indeed. We are both Atlanta files - your biometrics is 2 days prior to mine. Doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to this.

:goofy: Qingquin - had you checked your case status before today and if so, did it originally show you were in Texas and then updated with the new case status? I am wondering because some of us on our status show our files are in Texas and we think we are staying there. I was wondering if at one point your case status showed Texas and then they changed you to Vermont . . . like is there a possibility any more of us will be transferred to Vermont if our case status TODAY still shows Texas (I hope I'm not confusing anyone). :goofy:

hi today i got my biometrics for 04/17 and was transfered to verment on 21 i don t know if vermont faster thann texas or worse thanks

:goofy: Sale14 - if you let me know the date you mailed your I-751 and the date your check was cashed I will put you on our list here, even though you are now being transferred out to Vermont, as we are all curious how everyone's progress is that originally filed in Texas since February. 01/20/09 - Approved!

01/26/09 - New Card Received!
