Poland Packet 3 Response Question

Hi all.

I've done a lot of searching... but I'm just more unsure now. :)

Do we need to send back DS-230 Part I with the checklist when responding to Packet 3 for Poland?

The Poland Embassy page says no, and from what my fiancee reads it seems to say that this form is for immigrant visas only. (Ours is a K1 visa which is non-immigrant.) But I see several people say that you should send this in.

Anyone have clarification?

Thanks!
