hi our vj family! miss you all!

i'm checking the documents for the AOS. and when i was practicing on answering the Form I-485, i was confused on answering whether YES or NO for Part 3 Question Number 2 which asks:

2. Have you received public assistance in the US from any source, including the US government or any state, country, city or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment) or are you likely to receive public assistance in the future?

last month, we went to a municipal health center for a free vaccine of Td shot which is not available in the Philippines. i also got anti-hepa and anti-flu shots. we took all these opportunities since those are all for free. but it does not mean that we are on a low income bracket, it's just, we took the chances since it was for free.

i'm confused now on whether to answer YES or NO on that question coz it might give a big impact to our application since it might give an impression that i might become a public charge in the future.

hoping for you replies, please.

thanks and more power everyone!

God bless!
