Might be a stupid question but hey might as well ask ... My fiancee doesn't have a middle name should I leave the area under middle name blank or fill it in with "none".. thanks.

Also, under Husband or Wife ( if none,so state) section ... do i need to put none across the entire row or just the first box? same for the next section Husbands or Wives.

And Lastly, All of the forms (all 4) in the G325A packet are identical right?

There is an example form here: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A.pdf

1) My wife did not have a middle name either. The recommendation is to leave it blank, or write "NONE" there.

2) Just "NONE" for Name.

3) NO each page has a different type of box for various departments. Fill in page 1 and then print out all 4 pages, Adobe will fill in pages 2 through 4 for you.

You may want to fill in profile details with immigrations status and country, there is no country called N/A. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01

None is a middle name in some languages. I opted for ----
