My fiancee in US has received NOA2. Would she get further documents which she has to sent it across to me OR

I will receive them directly ?

She is also in India for a week. What do I need to get / do to provide tangible proof of ongoing relationship ?

thanks, as always !

As for me and my now husband we sent: emails sent during the process (not a whole book of them), pictures of us here in the US and in Canada (dated), the travel itinerary and ticket stubs from the trips I took to see him during the process, etc. You fill out Packet 3, she only gets the NOA2. You will get confirmation of when your interview is scheduled, and if I remember correctly she will get email confirmation when your visa is approved (it's been almost two years since our K1) if she signed up for email confirms from the USCIS website. Also...have a look at the Guides again to see what is listed as proof of relationship evidence. There may be other things I haven't mentioned.

Hope you two have a great time together. :)

You will get future "official" correspondence (documents from the embassy). Your fiancee needs to prepare and send an I-134, notarized with all supporting documentation, and you need to collectively gather as much tangible evidence of a relationship as you can.

Quick note. If you have an engagement ceremony in India - do not include these pictures in your proof. Why? Because no one can tell the difference between a wedding picture and an engagement picture and at least one person was rejected for being married. Search the archives and you might find the discussions from about one year ago. I am from India too and the weddings and engagements I have seen - even I couldn't tell the difference - so take some pictures with family and friends but avoid including engagement pictures, especially those with elaborate dresses and jewelery. Good Luck
