Timeline

I just got a call from my Senator's office saying that both of my petitions had been approved!! :dance::dance:

I wrote to her office 2 weeks ago... apparently USCIS told her that mine shoudl have been approved a while ago. So if you have a timeline similar to mine.. write to your Senator!!!!

08-21-2007 I-130 sent

10-01-2007 I-130 NOA1

10-10-2007 I-129F sent

10-16-2007 I-129F NOA1

10-22-2007 I-130 touch

10-22-2007 I-129F touch

03-18-2008 1-130 touch

03-19-2008 1-130 touch

03-21-2008 Both Approved! :) (According to the Senator's office, not reflected on USCIS yet...)

03-22-2008 Both Approved (USCIS - Approval Notification Sent)

03-24-2008 I-130 / I-129F touched

03-27-2008 NOA2 Recieved for Both (Mail)

04-01-2008 NVC Assigns Case # (I-130) -- found I-129f Case# through Rep.

04-03-2008 I-129f sent to Mumbai Embassy

04-07-2008 Mumbai Embassy mails out Packet 3

04-12-2008 Packet 3 Sent Back to Embassy

04-16-2008 Interview Date Assigned!!! ( Interview Date: June 16, 2008 )

06-16-2008 Visa Received!!

06-24-2008 USA Arrival (POE Seattle, WA)

07-14-2008 I-485 AOS Sent

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

Timeline estimated adjudication on March 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-130 was approved in 258 days.

09/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet sent to CSC

10/oct/2007 - I-129F Packet received

12/oct/2007 - NOA1 receipt date

20/oct/2007 - NOA1 received

23/apr/2008 - APPROVED

Timeline estimated adjudication on April 4, 2008. It was adjudicated on April 23.

Our I-129f was approved in 197 days.

08/may/2008 - replied to my e-mail sent on april 30, saying that our petition has been sent to the consulate.

20/JUN/2008 - Interview - APPROVED!!!

AOS

18/mar/2009 - Packet delivered

24/mar/2009 - NOA for AOS and EAD date

25/mar/2009 - Check cashed

15/apr/2009 - Biometrics done

22/may/2009 - EAD approved

Congratulations on the approvals!! It takes Illinois Senators 30 days just to acknowledge they will help you.

We sent our applications ahead of you and have contacted 3 senators already but no luck still on getting our approval. Anyways, I've checked our status online earlier and both applications has been touched just today so maybe... just maybe we're gonna get our NOA2 sometime soon. Hopefully!

07/29/08 - received ASC Appointment Notice (Biometrics)

May 02, 2008 - visa in hand, had the CFO stamping done at once, bought ticket online...

May 03, 2008 - flew to US to be with stinky love...

July 24, 2008 - received package

July 29, 2008 - NOA for AOS and EAD
