Timeline

I filed my removal of conditions early part of Nov 2007 and almost those people who have the same timeline as me were approved already. My case was transferred to California from Texas and it seems that this week CSC have been approving a whole lot of people. But sadly, my case is being left out and i can't help but worry. I have submitted to the best of my knowledge to show proofs of my marriage and relationship but still. My last update was the day after my biometrics last Jan 2 and i haven't received anything from them. Even an RFE to this point may be hopeful just knowing that they are doing something with my case.

A few months is no big deal. Some of us, the TSC Losers, were/are waiting for more than 10 months. We waited 10 months, there are some that have been waiting a year. Give it time...they will get to your case...someday.

If anything, you should be counting your blessings that your case was transfered from TSC, by far the worst service center, and is being handled by CSC, which appears to be the most efficient branch of USCIS operations.

*sigh* Makes me dread the day when we file 'cause we'll have to file through TSC when the time comes. At least we know we can get his green card extended until conditions are lifted...that is, at least, something positive.

I hope everyone who's been waiting SO LONG gets their 10 yr card soon. (F)

Try to understand that:

1. Every filer, even if they filed at about the same time, can't all get approved within one week.

2. Most importantly, we're dealing with an agency whose operations can be described as chaotic (at best).
