I am completing my I-130 Form. However, I noticed that there are several questions in which I need to specify my US address and spouse's foreign address. Indian addresses tend to be long and hence, its not possible to fit complete address in the space provided.

1. Can I attach supplement to I-130?

2. If yes, can I write "See Attached Supplement" in the space provided instead of incomplete or shortened address?

3. Mails can reach to my spouse's foreign address even if the address is shortened. However, is it recommended that a full address is specified?

Thank you.

Absolutely, as per I-130 directions: "Please read these instructions carefully to properly complete this form. If you need more space to complete an answer, use a separate sheet(s) of paper. Write your name and Alien Registration Number (A #), if any, at the top of each sheet of paper and indicate the part and number of the item to which the answer refers. If you do not follow the instructions, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) may have to return your petition, which may delay final action." Here's the link: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-130instr.pdf Print and read thoroughly...provide as much info as possible when it comes to proving a bonafide marriage.

Good luck & make sure to read the Guides section on this site...

Thanks for your reply. Its good that you copied the quote from the form. I had missed including the A# on seperate sheets that I started creating assuming that it would be fine.

I am planning to include a copy of my marriage certificate and wedding pictures as proof of marriage. I only stayed with my wife for 11 days in my home country where we got married. I have read on this forum that its OK if no affadivits are submitted as proof since I am a newlywed. Please let me know if you think otherwise.

Again, thanks for your help :)
