It is highly recommended to have your Choice of Agent located in US to receive your mails from NVC/DOS. Your husband is an excellent choice.

Thank you! The thing is my husband is coming here for a whole summer on May 20th, we just got approved on March 17th. Whom should I appoint his Mom since he isn't going to be there in two months? or should I not appoint anyone?
