Only 4C applies. 4A 4B 4D are for other than family-sponsored immigrants.

The part you highlighted in red is not in 4C

This is the only part that applies for a family-sponsored petition:

Family-Sponsored immigrants.- Any alien who seeks admission or adjustment of status under a visa issued under section 201((2)or 203(a); is excludable under this paragraph unless-

(i) the alien has obtained-

(I) status as a spouse or a child of a United States citizen pursuant to clause (ii), (iii), or (iv) or section 204(a)(1)(A), or

(II) classification pursuant to clause (ii) or (iii) of section 204(a)(1)(; or

(ii) the person petitioning for the alien's admission (and any additional sponsor required under section 213A(f) or any alternative sponsor permitted under paragraph (5)( of such section) has executed an affidavit of support described in section 213A with respect to such alien.[/quote]

are u sure ???

cuz i think that 4A, 4B applies !!!!

they would apply if you don't have a family-sponsored petition and an Affidavit of support.

thanks alot 'john_and_marlene' !!

i appreciate that!!

In the name of Allah most gracious most merciful

That LONG Web Page you are reading appears to be a combined Answer Page for all FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) related to ALL types of visas. It is not meant as a page for you to read from top to bottom. Rather, it is a page that contains many paragraphs of differrnt infomation on different visa types , each paragraph being likied to from another specific web page that discusses a situation in the context of a specific visa type.

You should go to the FIANCE K1 Visa page and read the specific information that applies in your visa situtation. In addition, Read the VISA GUIDES here at VisaJourney.com for contextually relevant details regarding te SPECIFIC Visa Type that you are interested it.

Good Luck!

Warm Regards,

Samby

Wishing Everyone Speed, Success, Happiness and Love,
