:help: Hey y'all,

Im in the process of putting together my documents to send in my DS-230 however my fathers name is not on my birth certificate. Heard he was killed years ago when i was only about ten years old (my heart ache knowing he was murdered but i really dont know the fellow).

Will there be a problem since his name is not on the birth cerficate?? Can anyone from Ja who has similar problem give me some solid advise.

Thanks much & Cheers,

Kishmar
