RFE - Grounds for getting them???

So ok alot a people are having to present RFE to the NVC.....Can anyone shed some light on what causes the NVC to ask for RFE's?

Also how can one prevent the NVC from requesting RFE's??

RFEs is short for Request for Further Evidence. So they ask for either missing documents or for more substantial evidence. How can you prevent it? By sending enough evidence.

that's right, but in my case we got RFE because my biografic form wasnt filled in a right way

so be careful what and how you r filling your forms

i wish you no RFEs
