Well you can try to involve your congressman and see what happens. I do believe, however, that once an "official" expedite request has been denied there is no real way to appeal.

I wish you the best of luck, and I understand your frustration with the USCIS "machine" and its lack of sensitivity and respect to the needs of citizens.

Ahhh...plural must be ok. :D

Plurals is correct btw. Its the plural version of plural and i was speaking in the plural sense.

LOL...I actually missed that you said "plurals." I italicized "plural" in my post to emphasize my own point that while singular is naughty, plural is not. :) Sorry for my confusion. :D

Michael, for whatever it's worth, these things are rarely granted. I know you're mad and it is personal, but don't take it that way.

Your best bet would be to seek the assistance of an elected official.

All this and I got the approval email today. They must have rejected the medical expedite because it was processing.
