My k1 visa case has been touched so many times last week.

We filed it way back in October 2007 and got the NOA1 on November 2007

Im wondering if my previous k1 visa could affect my case at the moment?

I couldnt sleep wondering whats happening now with my case in CSC.

I see some november and december filers who received their approval and mine is still pending.

I cant help not to be anxious and i hope my previous k1 visa wont hurt or hold my future life with my fiance.

any information that they need to double check they will double check.

Who knows, maybe there is a different treatment for previous k1 filers, but don't worrie,in worse case they are going to contact you and make you provide additional information and in best case- maybe the touches mean you're getting APPROOVED SOON.

Plus, don't look at who's been approoved allready- look at those who filed before you and don't have the NOA2 yet.

chillax

It is so random it is hard to say for sure. Just keep patient and try not to worry. I as well still worry but it just doesnt help and takes away the enjoyment of life.

Just hang tight, if there were issues the CSC would have notified you.
