Should I have all of our signatures on the i129f and g325a notarized? I'm in the US and my fiance is in the Philippines. She's going to forward everything I need from her to put in our packet.

The only form you need notarized is the I-134 that you will send your fiancee for the interview.

No signatures on USCIS forms sent with the initial petition filing need to be notarized.
